Aon Hewitt concluded its 5th Annual Total Rewards Conference held on April 26^th, 2012 at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Global content leaders from Aon Hewitt and industry experts India's leading organizations collectively ideated and shared insightful perspectives on emerging issues, challenges and opportunities in rewards management. Close to 150 distinguished HR, compensation and business leaders made the conference a huge success.

The conference provided delegates with a good opportunity to network with their fellow attendees, speakers, and consultants.

At the conference, the winners of the "Rewards that Work" study were also felicitated.
