Mr. Anand Shankar is the Chief Executive Officer of Aon Hewitt Consulting, India and the Chief Commercial Officer of Aon Hewitt Consulting, Asia Pacific. He is a well known senior strategist and consultant with over 22 years of experience in professional services and HR consultancy. He specializes in linking business strategy to people strategy; HR effectiveness and efficiencies; multi-tower HR outsourcing; workforce management and corresponding functional & technical implementation across the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Mr. Shankar served for two years as Group Director, Asia Pacific Corporate Development with Talent2 International, a regional leader in HR outsourcing, executive search and learning management solutions. Before that, he spent 11 years with Hewitt Associates leading their client development function for Asia Pacific; serving as CEO for their regional outsourcing business; and as a consulting leader. Mr. Shankar holds an advanced Mastership in Hotel Management with specializations in Food & Beverage Management and Hospitality Finance.

Mr. Sandeep Chaudhary is a Principal with Aon Hewitt. In his current role, he leads the Compensation Consulting practice for India and general industry across the Asia Pacific region at Aon Hewitt. He has 14 years of consulting experience, of which 10 have been at across various Aon Hewitt offices.

Mr. Chaudhary partners with leading industry forum as a thought leader, and is a speaker in several annual seminars and international HR forums, the likes of The Conference Board, EIU, NHRD India. Mr. Chaudhary has authored various articles and shared perspectives on management issues in leading Indian media publications and news channels like The Economic Times, Business Standard, CNBC etc.

He joined Aon Hewitt from Watson Wyatt, where he set up the Rewards consulting practice in India. Before Watson Wyatt, he had a useful stint in executive search with Amrop.

Mr. Parag Shah is the Managing Partner of Mahindra Partners, a $500 mn Private Equity division of the $14.4 bn Mahindra group. In a career spanning over 15 years, Mr. Shah has extensive experience in building new businesses, start-ups, turn-arounds, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to this role, Mr. Shah worked for the Office of the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, and was involved in new business development for the group. He was also Chief Executive Officer of Officemartindia Ltd., a consulting & trading company within the same group. Before joining the Mahindra group in 1999, Mr. Shah was Managing Director of Systems Marketing India Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Shah holds Director positions on the board of several Mahindra companies. He is affiliated with various prestigious associations, and is an Executive Committee Member of the CII National Committee on Private Equity, American Alumni Association, Sabarkanta Relief Committee and JBS Family Trust. He sits on the board of "Executive Without Borders", an NGO in the US co-founded by him.

Mr. Michael Burke is the President of McLagan, Aon Hewitt's Financial Services practice.

In his prior role as Head of Europe, Mr. Burke was instrumental in building McLagan's industry-leading performance practice. He co-founded MIB Partners in 1999. The company developed new technology, tools and approach to financial performance benchmarking which was then successfully introduced to the Bulge Bracket Investment Banks. MIB Partners was acquired by McLagan in 2004.

His prior experience includes UBS and BZW within their banking and capital markets divisions including fixed income (credit derivatives, FX and emerging markets) and infrastructure areas, management accounting and systems implementation roles at Elf Oil UK Ltd, and BP Oil (range of roles covering both upstream and downstream).

Mr. Animesh Kumar brings two decades of Human Resources generalist experience. Mr. Kumar also works extensively with the IDFC Foundation and leads the iCare program which is responsible for the delivery of systemic capacity enhancement and financial resources that together substantively improve the impact of "not for profit entities" in the areas of youth, inclusion and environment.

Mr. Visty Banaji is the founder of a boutique strategic HR consulting firm - Banner Global Consulting.

He is a former Executive Director & President (HR & Corporate Affairs), Godrej Industries Limited. He was also the Director - HR at Alstom Ltd. in New Delhi and then in Paris, France. Earlier, his career started as a TAS Officer with Tata and he left the group as the Corporate HR head for TELCO (now Tata Motors).

Mr. Banaji is the receipient of the National HRD Networks (NHRDN) Pathfinders Award 2006 for Seasoned HR Professionals. He is also an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Committee on Human Resources and Industrial Relations / Employee Relations for several years now.

Mr. Anandorup Ghose leads Aon Hewitt's executive compensation and governance practice for South Asia. He works extensively with clients in the region in structuring and defining executive compensation structures across a wide variety of industries. Mr. Ghose has also worked with clients in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and India in the areas of executive compensation design and benchmarking, long term incentive plan design, sales incentive plan design, governance structure definition, remuneration committee advisory, performance planning and scorecard design etc. He has managed multi-year change engagements with clients in India as well as the Middle East and has worked on some large scale merger integration work with clients in the region.

Mr. Ghose regularly speaks on executive compensation at forums as AIMA, FICCI, SHRM, ASHRM etc.

Prior to joining Hewitt, Mr. Ghose worked with ICICI Bank in India as a senior manager in its international banking strategy team and was responsible for developing wealth management subsidiaries for the bank in North America, UK and Dubai. He has also worked with Ernst & Young in its transaction advisory services business and has significant experience in business valuations and supporting M&A transactions.

Mr. Vishal Mahadevia is the Co-Head of Warburg Pincus India Private Limited. Prior to that, Vishal worked at Three Cities Research Inc., a New York based private equity fund, and as a consultant with McKinsey & Co.

Mr. Mahadevia is a Director of Alliance Tire, AU Financiers, Continental Warehousing, Gangavaram Port, IMC Limited and QuEST Global Services. He received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Bharti, he has worked with Unilever for over 20 years, lastly as Vice President, Human Resources - Asia & Africa. He has also served as Head of HR Operations & Global HR Head at Syntel. Prior to that, Mr. Swaminathan had a long tenure at GE spanning multiple roles such as Master Black Belt-HR and AVP and Head - Operations for HR, Customer Research and Operational Analytics, apart from other roles in Mergers and Acquisitions. He is a certified Change Acceleration Coach and a keen practitioner of Six Sigma.

General Malik was Chief of the Indian Army and Chairman - Chiefs of Staff Committee of India. He has been an advisor to the Government of India and a member of the National Security Advisory Board. He is on the board of some well-known private sector companies as an independent director and advisor.

General Malik was awarded the Ati Vishishta Seva Medal in 1986, and the Param Vishishta Seva Medal (the highest national award for distinguished services in India) in 1996. In addition, he is also the recipient of many other national excellence awards.
