Mr. K T Prasad started his career in 1981 as a Management Trainee in the then Hotels Division of ITC. After 15 years of working there, he moved to Agri Business Division as head of HR where he spent about five years. From there he moved to International Business Division where he spent almost 10 years before moving to Corporate Human Resources.

Mr. Prasad has been responsible for several HR initiatives, especially handling the frontline resources. He also had the opportunity to work closely with the frontline resources in the hinterlands of our country.
