In his 6 years at Aon Hewitt he has worked with a diverse set of clients across sectors and has key expertise in performance management, rewards philosophy articulation, pay design and structuring, designing reward and recognition programs, long term incentive design, job evaluation, and organization design. He also specializes in Mergers & Acquisition related assignments.

Mr. Rathore partners with leading industry forum as a thought leader, and is a speaker at various HR forums.

Mr. Rathore has six years of experience prior to working with Aon Hewitt, with four years at Coca-Cola and 2 years at Marico, in the HR function.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Statistics from St Xaviers College, Mumbai.
