Mr. Amit Chincholikar is Vice President, Group Human Resources for Tata Group, a $100+ billion conglomerate that operates across multiple business sectors. The organization has a global presence employing more than 365,000 employees.

In his current role, Mr. Chincholikar is responsible for Rewards and Benefits at the Group level. He is also instrumental in Group-wide integration of initiatives that involve Employer Branding, Mobility, Diversity and Inclusion. Along with providing strategic HR support, he oversees HR functions for Tata Sons, Tata Services, Tata Industries.

Prior to joining Tata Group, Mr. Chincholikar worked with Aditya Birla Group as Director Corporate Human Resources and Global HR Lead, Corporate Strategy Organization. He has also headed Rewards and Benefits for Mercer Human Resource Consulting.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and Operations Research and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
