Mr. Anandorup Ghose leads the Performance and Rewards Consulting Practice for Aon Hewitt India. Prior to this role, he headed Aon Hewitt's Executive Compensation and Governance practice for South Asia and General Industry Compensation for India across Consumer, Pharmaceuticals and Manufacturing & Services industries.

Mr. Ghose has worked with clients in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and India in the areas of Executive Compensation design and benchmarking; long-term incentive plan design; sales incentive plan design; governance structure definition; remuneration committee advisory; performance planning and scorecard design. He has managed multi-year change engagements and has worked on large scale merger integration projects with clients in India and Middle East.

Mr. Ghose is a regular speaker on Executive Compensation at forums like All India Management Association, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Society for Human Resource Management and Anchorage Society for Human Resource Management.

Before joining Aon Hewitt, Mr. Ghose worked with ICICI Bank as Senior Manager in the International Banking strategy team and Ernst & Young in Transaction Advisory Services business. He holds significant experience in business valuations and supporting M&A transactions.
