Mr. Ashok Ramchandran is Director, Human Resources for Vodafone India Limited, one of India's leading telecommunications services provider.

Mr. Ramchandran is responsible for driving the organization effectiveness and change, learning and capability development, talent management and resourcing, creating a performance culture and ensuring a safe place to work through health, safety and well-being initiatives. As a member of the senior management, he plays an important role in providing a strategic direction to build the employment brand for the company.

Prior to joining Vodafone India in 2009, he worked with Tata AIG Life Insurance as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Tata AIG General Insurance as Vice President, HR; GE Countrywide Consumer Services Limited as Vice President, HR and Asian Paints Limited in leadership roles.

He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from XLRI Xavier School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Loyola College, Chennai.
