Mr. Bhuvaneswar Naik is Vice President and Head of Human Resources for SAP's businesses in India. Mr. Naik has two decades of Human Resources experience of which 18 years have been in leadership roles for multinational organizations like SAP, Capgemini, Yahoo! and Taj Group of Hotels.

More than half of Mr. Naik's career spans across various SAP entities: prominent roles at SAP include Head of Human Resources for SAP Labs India, Board Assistant, and Vice President of Global HR Shared Services. Prior to rejoining SAP in 2010, he was Vice President, People Processes, India and Asia Pacific, Financial Services GBU at Capgemini and Country Manager Human Resources at Yahoo! India and Yahoo! R&D.

Mr. Naik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut and a Master of Arts in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
