Mr. Michael Burke is the Chief Executive Officer of McLagan. For more than 40 years McLagan, now an Aon Hewitt company, has been the trusted source for compensation advice and data for the financial services industry.

Mr. Burke has been instrumental in building McLagan's industry-leading performance practice. He has worked with a host of Financial Service institutions over the past 15 years helping business divisions, finance and human resources teams improve results, release value and better align compensation to performance.

His area of expertise encompasses Performance and Reward advisory, Risk Weighted Return Optimization and Expense Management.

Mr. Burke works with a majority of the largest banking and capital market firms across the globe. Within McLagan he also works with a significant number of global wealth and asset managers, insurers and other financial institutions.

A co-founder for MIB Partners, he provided financial benchmarking to the bulge bracket global investment banks and was acquired by McLagan in 2004.

His prior experience includes working with UBS and BZW within their Banking and Capital Markets Divisions including Fixed Income and Infrastructure areas, Elf Oil UK Limited and BP Oil.

Mr. Burke is a Chartered Management Accountant.
