Mr. Patu G Keswani is the Chairman and Managing Director/CEO of Lemon Tree Hotel Company, India's fastest growing chain of upscale, midscale and economy hotels.

Under his leadership, Lemon Tree Hotels has been presented two National Awards, 'Best Employer of Persons with Disabilities' in 2011 and 'Role Model in Providing a Barrier Free Environment to Persons with Disabilities' in 2012.

A thought leader in Indian hospitality, Mr. Keswani is the Chairman of the Sector Skills Committee for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism for the National Skills Development Corporation and is a member of the Sector Mentor Council for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Industry in the Ministry of Labor and Employment.

Presently, he is a board member for various initiatives by the Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India.

Mr. Keswani began his career with Tata Administrative Service where he spent over 15 years with the Tata Group. He then joined the Taj Group of Hotels as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. His last assignment was with A.T. Kearney Inc. as Director and Senior Partner.

He has been awarded the 'Distinguished Alumni Award' by his alma maters - IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta and has been inducted into the 'Hall of Fame' for Hotelier India, 2012 and Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India, 2010.
