Ms. Preeti Gupta is President, Rewards & Performance Management for Aditya Birla Group. A $40 billion corporation, the Aditya Birla Group is an Indian multinational conglomerate that employs 120,000 employees.

As part of Group Human Resources, she plays a key role in the strategic overview of Rewards and related practices for the organization globally, including M&A and startup projects.

She has 24 years of HR experience, out of which over 14 years have been with the Aditya Birla Group, where she has been responsible for Organisation Effectiveness.

In earlier roles Ms. Gupta has been a Rewards Consultant and an HR Generalist. She has worked with Hewitt Associates, Parasrampuria Industries and Pertech Computers, prior to joining the Aditya Birla Group.

Ms. Gupta has a post graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from XLRI Xavier School of Management.
