Mr. Roopank Chaudhary is a Director with Aon Hewitt, the India Head for McLagan (Financial Institutions Practice) and the Regional Insurance Head for McLagan, APAC.

Over the last nine years, he has project managed consulting assignments across Rewards Strategy & Benchmarking, Job Description & Evaluation, Organization Structuring, Performance Management System Design, HR Audit and Productivity Benchmarking in India and the Middle East.

Mr. Chaudhary manages key client relationships with large banks and Financial Institutions including multinational/investment banks, insurance/asset management companies, non-banking financial companies and financial services conglomerates.

He is also the editor for the Aon Hewitt Total Rewards Quarterly Magazine, and regularly contributes white papers and articles on HR and reward trends in the financial services sector.

Prior to this, Mr. Chaudhary spent four years in Retail and Corporate Banking with HSBC in New Delhi.

He has a Master in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, a Bachelor in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and a Post Graduate Degree in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi.
