From Campus to Colleague
Every year, we welcome a cohort of talented graduates to Aon; we hope you'll consider becoming one of them. Our graduate programme is designed to mentor and develop tomorrow's leaders by easing the transition from full-time student to full-time colleague.
Our Graduate Programme
The graduate programme at Aon is designed to help you enhance your skills through learning sessions and meaningful work experience — while building relationships with peers and experienced colleagues.
Rotations
During the 24-month programme, you will experience rotations across a range of business areas aligned to your pathway. These rotations offer an opportunity for you to gain exposure to multiple departments and roles within Aon so you can build a strong network across our business.
Mentoring and Support
Meaningful support is vital as you navigate the transition from university to the professional world. When you join our programme:
- A rotation manager will provide day-to-day feedback and support during your time with their team
- A rotation connector will help you adjust to your new team
Learning and Development
Along with Aon graduates from across the globe, you will join our Launch programme. Launch is a formal learning programme designed to develop industry-focused professional skills to help you start your career with clarity and confidence.
