From Campus to Colleague

We welcome a class of talented recent college graduates to our New Graduates Rotational Program supporting Commercial Risk. Through this two-year program, you will help our clients make better decisions with innovative and effective Aon solutions and gain valuable experience supporting both client and internal projects.

You will rotate positions, starting in broking (12 month), then moving onto account management (12 month). Upon completion of the program, participants will be assigned to the area of the business that best aligns with their skills and educational background.

The main objectives of the program are to help you:

Learn the business from the ground up
Enhance your skills through learning sessions and on-the-job experience
Build relationships with peers and experienced colleagues
Gain valuable experience by supporting both external clients and internal projects

The program starts in August.

Starting on your first day, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues who have knowledge and skills to share. Under the mentorship of senior leaders, you'll deliver high-impact work that helps solve global business challenges.

Build a Global Network

The Rotational Program training curriculum will prepare you for success as you explore growth opportunities in Commercial Risk and build relationships with colleagues throughout the organization.

Qualifications

When considering applicants, we look for:

Seniors with one or two terms left to complete before graduation or applicants who have graduated within the same year
Transferrable skills or experience; consulting or insurance experience is not required
Strong business acumen
Involvement in extracurricular activities
