Ms. Shilpa Khanna has over nine years of compensation and benefits consulting experience with Aon Hewitt, working extensively with clients in India, Middle East, and SAARC. She has helped clients formulate a wide range of solutions, from articulating their total rewards strategy, benchmarking, designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs to rewards communication and optimization.
Over the last two years, Ms. Khanna has been focusing on research & insights and is the Chief Editor of Aon Hewitt's Total Rewards Quarterly. More recently, she has been working with clients on understanding their emerging needs in compensation and benefits, equipping them with contemporary concepts and practices, and building efficient tools and techniques to help them remain ahead.
Before joining Aon Hewitt, she worked for four years with ICICI Bank's corporate and regional HR team
Ms. Khanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Hindu college, Delhi University and a Masters Degree in Business Management (HR) from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India.
