Our report shows that the EMEA region is leading the way in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), setting a benchmark for global practices. With 86% of EMEA employers’ integrating a wide rage diversity factor into their DEIB strategy.
EMEA organisations are shifting from a reactive to a proactive stance. EMEA organisations are 12% more likely than others to have an internal policy/definition of DE&I. Additionally, 9 out of 10 organisations have leadership support for DE&I strategies. Almost seven out of ten have DE&I as a focus area in their overall business strategy.
