Stephen Davidson is a managing director and a member of the executive committee for Aon's Transaction Solutions team. Stephen's primary responsibilities are divided into two roles: (i) leading the development of insurance solutions to address litigation and other contingent risks; and (ii) managing transaction liability claims for ATS clients, through which he has overseen hundreds of claims involving alleged breaches of representation and warranty claims in North America and around the world and has helped negotiate the resolution of many of the largest and most complex of those claims. Prior to joining Aon in 2016, Stephen was a commercial litigation partner in DLA Piper's New York office, where his insurance and reinsurance practice included arbitration, litigation and counseling for global insurance companies involving directors and officers liability and professional liability coverage and complex reinsurance disputes. Stephen's commercial litigation practice concentrated on business litigation for public and private companies. Stephen began his career at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where he worked as a litigation associate for several years.

Paul Jeroen is a Managing Director in Aon's M&A and Transaction Solutions team, Head of Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa and the EMEA Litigation Risk Group. Paul Jeroen is driving Aon's M&A and litigation solutions proposition across the region focused on value creation and delivery of transaction solutions for financial sponsor and corporate clients, including solutions to unlock liquidity or preserve value in litigation or other special opportunities. Prior to joining Aon, Paul Jeroen was a transaction partner in Capital Group's emerging markets private equity team with responsibility for investment structuring, due diligence and execution the EMEA region and parts of LatAm. He is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (currently non-practising) and a former advocaat in the Netherlands.

Robin is an Executive Director in Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions team. Robin works with clients to transfer litigation risk through insurance and other products in EMEA, with a focus on the UK. Robin also works on international opportunities with the US team. Prior to joining Aon, Robin spent almost a decade at Magic Circle firm Linklaters and four years in Silver Circle firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner conducting complex international litigation and arbitration, including time spent on secondment both in Europe and to the in-house teams for leading investment banks. Most recently, Robin worked at Burford Capital arranging litigation finance on high-value disputes and heading up Burford’s global insolvency business.

Ed Conlon is a Senior Vice President in Aon's Litigation Risk and Transaction Solutions Groups. Ed leads the charge on brokering litigation and contingent risks and assists in evaluating and developing litigation and contingent risk insurance solutions. Previously, Ed held an operational and strategic leadership role in fostering and implementing various cutting-edge initiatives. Prior to joining Aon's Litigation Risk and Transaction Solutions Groups in 2018, Ed led the Financial Institutions Team (the largest) in Aon's Financial Services group, winning 2016 and 2017 Risk & Insurance Magazine Power Broker® awards in recognition in part for his groundbreaking achievements in creating litigation and contingent risk solutions and specialized in brokering complex coverages and claim workouts for financial institutions. Prior to joining Aon in 2009, Ed was a senior claims analyst at AIG, where he handled directors and officers, errors and omissions, and employment practices liability claims, building upon his prior experience as a complex commercial litigator for a boutique New York law firm.

David Hodges is a Vice President in Aon’s Litigation Risk Group. As a member of the Litigation Risk Group, David evaluates litigation-related risks and structures and places litigation risk insurance solutions. Prior to joining Aon in 2021, David was in private practice for seven years as a commercial litigator and white collar attorney at Lankler, Siffert & Wohl and the New York City office of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP. David’s experience as a litigator spanned a wide variety of practice areas including securities, antitrust, public corruption, employment, discrimination, regulatory enforcement, and criminal law. His former clients included investment banks, automotive engineers, securities traders, compensation consultants, professional sports agents, retail executives, and financial professionals, including insurance underwriters, hedge fund managers, private equity principals, and other high net wealth individuals. David earned his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2012, and is a member of the New York State Bar. He also clerked for the Honorable Dennis Jacobs in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Richard Leon in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to law school, David received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he studied Journalism and Political Science.

Nick is a Director in Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions team. Nick works with clients to transfer litigation risk through insurance and other products. He has responsibility for the placement of litigation and contingent risks for the EMEA Litigation Risk Group. Prior to joining Aon, Nick was a litigation lawyer with CMS Cameron McKenna with a focus on (re)insurance and disputes arising out of distressed situations in the litigation finance sector. Nick’s time at CMS included secondments to AIG, Groupama and Aon. Most recently, Nick was a member of the investment team at Therium Capital Management. In this role he invested in high value litigation and arbitration as well as other legal and contingent assets.
