Jeżeli osoby, które otrzymały wiadomość pocztą elektroniczną nie są zamierzonymi adresatami, nie mogą one kopiować, rozpowszechniać lub podejmować jakichkolwiek działań w oparciu o otrzymane informacje. Jeżeli wiadomość przesłana przez pracownika lub współpracownika Aon dotarła przez pomyłkę, prosimy o niezwłoczny kontakt z nadawcą oraz o jej skasowanie i potwierdzenie faktu usunięcia wiadomości. Zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem pozyskanie informacji stanowiących tajemnicę przedsiębiorstwa stanowi czyn nieuczciwej konkurencji, gdy następuje bez zgody uprawnionego do korzystania z informacji lub rozporządzania nimi i wynika z nieuprawnionego dostępu, przywłaszczenia, kopiowania dokumentów, plików elektronicznych obejmujących te informacje lub umożliwiających wnioskowanie o ich treści.		Messages sent via e-mail by Aon’s employees and/or associates may include technical, technological or organisational information which have business value and which are proprietary, confidential or non-public under the terms of applicable law. If the persons who received e-mail message are not the intended recipients then they may not copy, distribute or take any action in reliance on it whatsoever. If you received an e-mail in error, please contact promptly with the sender, delete the message and confirm its erasure. According to the applicable law obtaining company’s confidential information constitutes an act of unfair competition if it occurs without consent of the trade secret holder and results from an unauthorised access to, appropriation of, or copying of any documents or electronic files containing the trade secret or from which the trade secret can be deduced.
