Xianwei heads the Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions team in Asia. He designs and develops tailor-made solutions for sponsors and corporates across the full M&A deal lifecycle. These solutions cut across Transaction Solutions, Transaction Advisory Services and Human Capital M&A Solutions. Xianwei started his career as an M&A lawyer and has practiced in international firms in both Singapore and Shanghai, specialising in regional and international cross-border M&A.

Adrian leads Aon’s Transaction Solutions practice across Asia, as part of our integrated Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions offering. Trained as an M&A lawyer, Adrian started his career in private practice, advising private equity and corporate clients on transactions across the region, spanning a broad range of sectors including consumer, healthcare, education and infrastructure. Since joining the M&A insurance solutions market, Adrian has advised on several landmark W&I policies across Asia and has been at the forefront of discussions with clients and the underwriting community to develop novel and creative M&A risk solutions both in W&I insurance as well as in Tax, Litigation and Contingent Risk insurance.

Jamie leads Aon’s Transactional Advisory Services practice as part of the Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions team in Asia. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, her unique blend of general insurance expertise and specialized M&A knowledge enables her to deliver comprehensive and strategic insurance solutions in a complex market. Through her career and specialization in the M&A insurance practice, she has worked on over a hundred diligence engagements, advised on prolific high-profile W&I policies across Asia and created the framework for insurance portfolio solutions for a number of key private equity funds thus ensuring optimal risk mitigation.

Dennis is Head of Human Capital M&A for Asia based in Singapore with over 30 years’ experience. Prior to that he was at GE Capital Business Development leading acquisitions and strategic investments and Cigna. He advises private equity firms and corporates on pre and post due diligence human capital solutions and insurance issues and project manages complex projects including multi country and carve out / separation / integration projects. He also advises them on pricing negotiations and work with legal and financial advisors on sale and purchase agreements and transition services agreement.

Blossom spearheads growth initiatives of our Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions offering – pushing for synergies across the various Transaction Solutions, Transaction Advisory Services and Human Capital M&A Solutions. Before taking on this growth role, Blossom lead transaction solutions offerings across China. Trained as an M&A lawyer, Blossom practiced in both Singapore and China, specialising in regional and international cross-border M&A with a focus on cross-border transactions across the Greater China region.
