Noel joined Aon’s Captive & Insurance Management in Luxembourg in 2001; prior to this he worked with Marsh in their captive management office in Bermuda from April 1999 to September 2001. Noel commenced his career after college in Dublin, Ireland with a firm of Chartered Accountants.
It was through practice that he attained both of his professional qualifications. He is a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians and an Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Noel is in charge of management operations.
