If you're in your final year of university, or have completed your degree in the past two years, we would like to meet you. We're looking for collaborators, problem solvers, team players and future leaders. We know that drawing from a variety of perspectives helps us deliver better solutions and services to our clients. Represents all Aon colleagues who are passionate and committed about creating an inclusive culture where everyone is free to be themselves at work.

Next-Gen Board

Helps shape the Aon of tomorrow with an engaged group of colleagues between the ages of 18 and 35 who focus on generating innovative ideas and leadership solutions.

Reconciliation Working Group

Develops initiatives that empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, communities, businesses and youth.

Shaping Decisions for the Better
