From Campus to Colleague

Every year, we welcome a cohort of talented graduates to Aon; we hope you'll consider becoming one of them. Our graduate program is designed to mentor and develop tomorrow's leaders by easing the transition from full-time student to full-time colleague.

Our Graduate Program

The graduate program at Aon is designed to help you enhance your skills through learning sessions and meaningful work experience — while building relationships with peers and experienced colleagues.

Rotations

During the 18-month program, you will experience three six-month rotations across a range of business areas aligned to your pathway. These rotations offer an opportunity for you to gain exposure to multiple departments and roles within Aon so you can build a strong network across our business.

Mentoring and Support

Meaningful support is vital as you navigate the transition from university to the professional world. When you join our program:

  • A rotation manager will provide day-to-day feedback and support during your time with their team
  • A rotation connector will help you adjust to your new team

Learning and Development

Along with Aon graduates from across the globe, you will join our Launch program. Launch is a formal learning program designed to develop industry-focused professional skills to help you start your career with clarity and confidence.

Who Should Apply

As an industry-recognised leader in diversity and inclusion, Aon is excited to meet graduates with a wide range of skills, interests and backgrounds. Beyond success in the classroom, we are looking for graduates who are passionate, resilient and relationship-oriented.

You should have a willingness to learn and a strong team ethic — with solid analytical and decision-making skills — to thrive in our dynamic environment.

The Selection Process

1. Submit Your Application

Complete an online application. You will need to provide a soft copy of your resume, academic transcript and proof of permanent residency or citizenship.

2. Online Assessments

We'll ask you to complete a series of online assessments to help us understand your approach to problem solving and the way you prefer to work.

3. Video Interview

You'll be given a set of questions and asked to record a response to them. The video interview is your opportunity to show us who you are beyond your resume.

4. Assessment Centre

Our Assessment Centres give you the opportunity to interact with others in a group setting and meet a variety of Aon colleagues. The Assessment Centre will be held face-to-face.
