Casualty Risk Consulting

Casualty Risk Alerts

Aon’s Casualty Risk Consulting practice consists of 70 specialists across a broad range of specific casualty claims, risk control, workers compensation, safety and ergonomics disciplines. Our consultants continually monitor key legislation, regulations and agency guidelines which may impact our client’s casualty risk programs and then develop “Risk Alerts” that help drive awareness concerning the rules/legislation, along with some summary guidance. We invite Aon clients to review these Risk Alerts, and share them with colleagues or industry peers who may be directly (or indirectly) impacted.

We invite you to periodically monitor this site for new Risk Alerts. Note: some of these Risk Alerts have applicability to specific state- or local jurisdiction, while others may be industry-specific.

For more information about Aon’s Casualty Risk Consulting, or for inquiries about a specific Risk Alert topic, please reach out directly to the contact(s) listed on the Risk Alert.
