Connor is a Senior Vice President and Executive Director with the Professional Services Practice of Aon in Philadelphia. He co-heads the Captive Center of Excellence which offers captive management support to law firm, accounting and consulting firm clients. Connor has expertise in counseling clients and prospective clients on best practices in utilizing captives and other risk financing tools.
Prior to joining Aon, Connor worked at a large accounting firm within their insurance advisory practice focusing on internal controls and overall risk management support. He has a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation which assists him in addressing clients’ risks in professional liability and related insurance coverages.
He is a co-author on various articles relating to captives and risk retention for professional service firms.
