Henry Lim

Henry is with the Professional Service Practice at Aon in Montreal and has over 15 years’ experience with professional service firm risk in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. He has been involved in program design, captive and actuarial services, broking support, benchmarking and market analytics support for accounting, law, and consulting firms.
Henry is a qualified actuary as a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and Associate of the Society of Actuaries. He leads the Professional Service Practice’s actuarial team specializing in Monte Carlo risk modelling. He is also part of the practice’s Data Analytics team and Captive Centre of Excellence.
He is a co-author of articles on actuarial topics, captive usage and risk retention for professional service firms.
