Jennifer Finnegan

Jenny is a Managing Director on the loss prevention team of the Professional Services Practice at Aon in North America, which consults with Aon’s law firm clients on a wide range of professional responsibility and liability issues.
Before joining Aon in 2018, Jenny was a litigation partner and the general counsel of a Herrick, Feinstein LLP in New York. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a litigator in complex commercial and product liability matters and over 12 years’ experience in defense of professional liability claims. Jenny is a member of the Professional Ethics Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
Jenny earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A., summa cum laude from The College of New Jersey. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Washington, DC.
