NIJMEGEN, 4 February 2025 – Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced that Nexperia, a leading semiconductor company, has appointed Aon as its global employee benefits broker and advisor. As part of the deal, Nexperia will use Aon’s employee engagement platform, The Benefit Solution, for a range of initiatives, including management of benefits choices and communications and for support with employees’ retirement plans.
Aon will provide global benefits services, including online benchmarking, data analytics, global inventory and an employee engagement platform and app, positively impacting Nexperia’s employee value proposition.
