LONDON, 13 December 2022 – Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, has announced that Louisa Blain has joined the firm as a partner in its Human Capital Solutions (HCS) team.
In her new role, Louisa Blain will lead insurance consulting for HCS, leveraging Aon’s extensive capabilities and data to deliver value and insights to clients across the insurance industry.
Louisa Blain has over 20 years’ experience at major organisations of delivering people and change solutions. She joins Aon after 10 years with EY, latterly as a partner in its People Advisory team, focusing on transformation for financial services organisations and for insurance firms in particular. She previously held roles at Strategy& (part of PwC) and at Hewitt Associates.
