Aon Hewitt achieves prestigious ServiceMark accreditation and introduces leading edge call management technology

 

Aon Hewitt's Hemel Hempstead Service Centre has been awarded with the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) ServiceMark accreditation, allowing it to join a prestigious list of organisations considered to be providing world-class levels of customer service.

The Service Centre is also to launch QueueBuster, a new call centre technology designed to improve the member experience when they contact Aon Hewitt.
