Aon Hewitt’s CareerLink™ model is an intuitive, straightforward yet rigorous approach to assigning job levels. Its ready-to-implement system of job classification is underpinned by JobLink™, our points-factor analysis tool.

CareerLink™ is based on the understanding that there are apparent and distinct natural levels that apply across all occupations. It provides clear descriptors for 11 levels in 5 separate career families, and allows you to create a detailed factor or points breakdown for any role or situation where a 'whole job approach is unsuitable.
