Aon Employee Experience Research 2018
The employee experience starts when a potential employee visits your careers site or hears about your organisation for the first time and continues until after they leave the organisation. Potential and current employees are increasingly able to evaluate the employee experience when selecting their employer due to the emerging popularity of sites such as Glassdoor. It is important that organisations are also measuring this to ensure their sustainable workforce.
With advances in technology, companies can receive performance feedback on a continuous loop with consistent monitoring of financial markers, sales figures and consumer opinion. However, has this progress carried over into employee research - when was the last time you heard from your employees and colleagues?
The purpose of Aon undertaking this research is to understand the current practices and future plans for measuring and improving employee experience across the lifecycle as well as readiness to move to a Continuous Listening strategy.
Continuous Listening is an emerging trend which promotes the importance of measuring opinions and thoughts at key milestones along the employee lifecycle. This research is part of a global effort to understand companies’ attitudes towards continuous listening and their appetite to move towards this way of measuring employee opinion.
Aon’s Employee Experience Research is a perfect opportunity to take the first step towards understanding how companies shape the employee experience and gain strategic insights to allow you implement a continuous listening strategy at your organisation?
The survey will be open until 27th April.
Results will be available in May and all participants will receive a report containing current practices and future plans around continuous listening strategies as well as an insight into how organisations currently measure and improve their employee experience.
