Aon are proud to be the official sponsor of the Irish Women's Rugby Team since 2014 and a partner of the Women's Rugby World Cup 2017 in Ireland. We have witnessed how Women's Rugby has evolved to become a truly global sport that embodies many of the values we live and breathe at Aon - leadership, teamwork, diversity and integrity.

The Ireland Women's Rugby Team has shown us the passion and commitment they bring to the sport; they are inspirational to us all and to future generations. The teams success on and off the pitch make them great role models, and they personify Aon's support for women in leadership roles across the globe.

Our partnership with the Women's Rugby World Cup 2017 enables us to celebrate this global sport by uniting Aon colleagues across 120 countries in support of the competing nations, providing our communities and clients with unique opportunities to get involved and experience the tournament.

The most recent event in our Journey to Greatness thought leadership series: Emerging Risks Seminar saw a select group of business leaders; joined by Ireland player Cliodhna Moloney, gather in the Science Gallery Dublin to discuss the increasingly unpredictable risks encountered by businesses, and the risks faced by the Ireland team as they prepare for the World Cup.
