Julia is responsible for developing new IP insurance products. She’s also served as a consulting expert on multiple computer science and intellectual property litigations. Julia holds both a Ph.D and an M.A. in physics from Harvard University, and an A.B in physics from Princeton University. Prior to joining Aon, she worked at Harvard University, J.P. Morgan, and Granite Lake Partners, a private equity fund.
 

Artem Korenyuk

Artem Korenyuk is the Executive Director of Business Innovation and Fintech Strategy at DTCC. In that capacity, Artem is responsible for driving major business development efforts, including both organic and acquisitive growth, as well as directing and shaping DTCC’s Fintech strategy initiatives. As DTCC considers new business development efforts and emerging technology innovations, Artem leads the identification and evaluation process to assess the potential an opportunity has to create long-term value for DTCC. He is also responsible for increasing organizational awareness as it relates to DTCC’s activities with emerging technologies, including blockchain, crypto assets and artificial intelligence, while promoting collaboration and fostering a culture of innovation across the organization.

Maxwell Rich

Republic is a full-stack platform for primary issuances of equity, debt and digital securities. At Republic, Max is the Chief Compliance Officer of Republic's funding portal, one of the few licensed portals that allows unaccredited "retail" investors to purchase private securities from non-public companies. He also leads Republic's legal and compliance initiatives related to broker-dealer, investment advisory and legal innovation. Before Republic, Max was a fellow with Liberty Mutual's Private Investments Division and the Clearing House Association. He holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and B.A.s in political science and economics from Drew University.

Fennie Wang

MakerDAO is an open source, monetary ecosystem that enables anyone to issue a stable-value cryptocurrency called Dai against on-chain assets as collateral. Currently, users have issued about $90 million of Dai against approximately $500mn of crypto-assets. Previously, she was Head of Strategy at Bancor, a market leading decentralized exchange and liquidity network for crypto-assets. Fennie also co-founded ixo, a blockchain protocol for tokenizing social impact outcomes (e.g. educational activities or carbon credits) as digital assets. Fennie started her career on Wall Street before practicing law in New York and London. She received her law degree from Columbia University and her undergraduate degrees from UC Berkeley.
 

Alan Leung

Coinbase Custody is a chartered limited purpose trust company with over $1 billion of assets under custody. Prior to Coinbase, Alan was the Chief Security Architect at Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and co chaired the NH-ISAC working group for universal patient ID’s using blockchain technology. Prior to that, he held multiple senior positions in the defense and aerospace industries developing bespoke security solutions.

Yusuf Hussain

Prior to joining Gemini, Mr. Hussain was a Vice President/Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in the Risk division. Prior to that time, Mr. Hussain was a Manager at Ernst & Young in the Risk Advisory practice. Mr. Hussain earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Macaulay Honors College from the City University of New York.

Thomas Chippas

Quantitative Prime Brokerage is a combined execution and financing platform built for systematic investment managers. In addition to leading electronic trading roles on the sell side, Mr. Chippas was CEO of Citadel Technology and COO of Axoni, a leading distributed ledger technology firm focused on derivatives processing. Mr. Chippas holds a B.S in Accounting from the University of Illinois and has served on multiple boards and advisory groups of fintech firms and exchanges.

Ms. Quinn received a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University.
 

Andrew Siegel

Galaxy Digital is a diversified financial services firm dedicated to the digital currency and blockchain sectors. Prior to Galaxy Digital, Mr. Siegel served in a variety of legal and compliance roles for Perella Weinberg Partners, a financial services firm providing advisory and asset management services to a global client base. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg, Mr. Siegel was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Stanfield Capital Partners LLC, an alternative asset manager based in New York. Prior to joining Stanfield, Mr. Siegel served in the law division of Morgan Stanley, initially advising the Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Ultimately, Mr. Siegel was the senior attorney responsible for advising Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s alternative investment funds, including its private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds and fund of funds. Previously in his career, Mr. Siegel was a corporate attorney at Shearman & Sterling where he focused on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and join ventures.
