Recognising 25 Years of Best-in-Class Consulting in the Philippines

Since 1995, we’ve worked with clients and communities in the Philippines to help them achieve success. Join us in celebrating this milestone as we look back at some of our key achievements over the years.

Aon first entered the Philippines market in 1995. Since then, we have progressed to becoming the strategic partner of two of the country’s largest conglomerates and grown to become best-in-class consultants in Health Risk Management, Human Capital Solutions and Medical Actuarial Analysis with more than 300 clients in our portfolio.

We are always proud to serve our clients in the Philippines, but more so during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our teams strived to provide uninterrupted client support, as well as mental health solutions, in-depth surveys, cost containment measures, and workplace safety solutions during one of the world’s longest and toughest quarantine lockdowns.

We consistently work towards several community programmes, particularly in Manila and Cebu. These initiatives include donating office supplies and funding high school scholarships, investing time in children’s medical initiatives, running various sporting activities and, most recently, donating to the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation to fight against the COVID-19 crisis.
