Aon India Claims team provides timely and professional claims management service to our clients. Claim intervention starts at the time of placement, wherein client-specific claims processes are put in place for seamless and standardised claim servicing. From the time a claim is reported, we emphasise claims servicing through tracking and liaising with adjusters and insurers, to ensure a fair and reasonable settlement quickly and efficiently, according to the policy Terms and Conditions.
We assist clients to compile the relevant documentation to support the claim process and provide technical advice concerning their claims. This includes the production of claims reports and loss analysis. We also conduct presentations and workshops for our clients to share our knowledge and experience of insurance claims issues.
