Victoria Hayes
Senior Vice President & National Aon Private Client Leader

Victoria is a senior vice president & national leader within our Private Client Personal Lines team. In this role she is responsible for the Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and Atlantic private client teams including the management of key client accounts and new business growth.

Prior to joining Aon in 2012, Victoria served as the VP & Manager at Hargraft Schofield LP and underwriter at Chubb Insurance Company of Canada. She first began working in the industry in 1997.

Victoria is a personal insurance professional specializing in the unique needs of successful individuals and their families. She provides in-depth insurance knowledge and has strong collaborative relationships with insurer partners ensuring the best protection is available to Aon clients.

 

 

Josée Ravary
Vice President & Manager Aon Private Client

Josée is a Vice President & Manager within our Private Client Personal Lines team. In this role she is responsible for the Quebec Region private client teams including the management of key client accounts and new business growth.

Prior to joining Aon in 2008, Josée was the personal lines department manager at Willis Canada and had worked with various brokerages firms focusing on Private Clients. She began working in the insurance industry in 1991.

Josee is a personal insurance professional specializing in the unique needs of successful individuals and their families. She has extensive knowledge of the products offered in the field of high-value insurance and applies to meet all the specific needs required by clients.

 

 

Eve Liley
Vice President & Manager Aon Private Client

Eve is a vice president & manager within our Private Client Personal Lines team. In this role she is responsible for the Ontario private client team including the management of key client accounts and new business growth.

Prior to joining Aon in 2019, Eve served as a team leader in personal lines at HUB Ontario and a senior account executive in private client at Breckles Insurance. She first began working in the industry in 2010.

Eve is a personal insurance professional with a wealth of knowledge for risks including homes, liability, yachts, collector vehicles, as well as risk management strategies for individuals and family office portfolios.

 

 

Kathleen Deveau
Vice President & Manager Aon Private Client

Kathleen is a Vice President & Manager within our Private Client Personal Lines team. In this role she is responsible for the Pacific Region including BC and Yukon private client teams including the management of key client accounts and new business growth.

Prior to joining Aon in 2021 Kathleen had worked with various brokerages focusing on Private Clients including High Value Homes, Art Collections, Yachts, and other various collectables. She has over 30 years of experience working with successful families to manage their risk portfolios.

Kathleen is a personal insurance professional with a broad spectrum of knowledge of risks including homes, liability, yachts, collector vehicles, liabilities as well as risk management strategies for individuals.
