Tzeitel is a Partner at Aon and based in Hong Kong. She leads the Human Capital Solutions business in Hong Kong and Japan and the Data Business for the APMEA Region. She is a member of the Aon Hong Kong Management Leadership Team, APMEA Rewards Solutions Leadership team and the Global Rewards Data Leadership Team.
Tzeitel has over 20 years of consulting experience in Aon (and previously Hewitt Associates), and has worked across sectors and product offerings in the firm’s Consulting business. Her area of expertise is Human Capital Solutions, Executive Compensation, Data Solutions and Board Advisory. Tzeitel’s clients include publicly listed and privately held firms across the Region as well as governmental bodies and development finance organizations. Tzeitel is also an advisor to the Working Group on Talent Strategy for the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council.
In her previous role, Tzeitel managed Hewitt’s Rewards Consulting business for Western India and the Financial Services sector, and the Executive Compensation and Broad-Based Rewards business in Hong Kong.
Tzeitel has a degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Tzeitel is married with two children and enjoys yoga, music, travelling and reading.
