Aon Names Leonique van Houwelingen CEO for the Netherlands

Rotterdam, July 11, 2022 – Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today named Leonique van Houwelingen as CEO of Aon in the Netherlands and member of the EMEA Executive team. The appointment is effective 1 November and is subject to regulatory approval.

Before joining Aon, van Houwelingen held various executive roles in the financial services sector. Her most recent positions were at BNY Mellon, as CEO of BNY Mellon Europe in Brussels and EMEA Head of Strategic Growth and Regional Client Coverage Asset Servicing and Digital.
