Tom is responsible for negotiation and placement of complex Employment Practices Liability (EPL) and Wage & Hour (W&H) programs in the U.S. Tom offers access to loss prevention service providers across the country and monitors EPL and W&H litigation, settlements, statistics and regulatory changes.

Tom was the architect behind Aon’s Wage and Hour insurance product, which was the first complete risk transfer product for wage and hour exposure in the insurance marketplace. Tom regularly speaks at various conference on topics relating to EPL and W&H including the PLUS International Conference, the Risk and Insurance Management Society Annual Conference, and the American Conference Institute National Forum on EPL and is frequently quoted in national insurance periodicals such as Business Insurance, Risk & Insurance Magazine, Bloomberg and Betterley Reports.

Tom writes on EPL and W&H issues in both FSG Quick Insights and FSG’s EPL and W&H Advisors.
