Mark Scarafone

Mark is a Senior Vice President in the Health Solutions Practice at Aon. Mark serves as the Health Solutions national industry leader for Aon’s professional services specialty team. In this role, Mark leads a team of skilled consultants who provide industry specific advisory services and solutions to the professional services firm community.
Mark also provides strategic consulting to many of the leading national professional service firms (law, accounting, and consulting) on all aspects of health and welfare programs. Mark has over 30 years of experience in health and welfare consulting and is a member of Aon’s Middle Market Steering Committee.
He has filled various positions with Aon since 1995, including practice and market leadership. Mark has an MBA from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bloomsburg University.
