On 19 July, the ARS Financial Services and Professional Groups Department (FSPG) and the ARS Singapore Japan Desk Team hosted a vibrant and bilingual (English-Japanese) seminar: “Aon Mergers & Acquisitions Solutions, Insurance Solutions for M&A Transactions” for our guests.
The main objective of the seminar was to share about how Warranty and Indemnity (W&I) Insurance may protect either the buyer or seller in any M&A transaction, provided that certain conditions are met.
Seishiro Kawamoto, Head of Japanese Business, Aon Risk Solutions, Asia, provided a warm welcome and introduction of the agenda to our guests.
Sandra Lee, Transactional Liability, FSPG, ARS Asia and Katsushiro Ogino, Japan Desk, ARS Singapore, proceeded to share on the salient points of Warranty and Indemnity such as:

The presentation ended with a lively Q&A session where guests were interested in finding out more about the actual process of kick starting a W&I solution.
