Aon Claims Services focus on providing timely and professional claims management service to our clients. From the time a claim is reported, we place great emphasis on claims servicing through tracking, managing to ensure a fair and reasonable settlement quickly and efficiently and in accordance with the Policy Terms and Conditions.

We assist clients to compile the relevant documentation to support the claim process and provide technical advice to clients with regard to their claims. This includes production of claims reports, loss analysis and we conduct presentations and workshops for our clients to share with them our knowledge and experience on insurance claims issues.

We provide claims service and assistance to our clients on a broad range of insurance including property and casualty, business interruption, liability, work injury compensation and fraud claims.
