Pierre has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, mainly in Switzerland and with a focus on the retail businesses. Based in Beirut (Lebanon) between 2010 and 2016 as CEO of a French leading insurance broker for the middle east, Pierre continues to help international Swiss companies to manage and mitigate their risks in the Middle East and African regions. Back in Geneva Lake Region since 2016, Pierre is leading Aon in Western Switzerland where the teams are mainly focused on Commercial Risk Solutions, Health and Affinity. He is fluent in French, English and Italian and is a FINMA registered broker.

Pasquale has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the reinsurance business. He joined Aon from Guy Carpenter in 2009. Appointed Deputy CEO Reinsurance in 2017, he has contributed significantly to Aon's growth in Switzerland by developing trust-based business relationships and enhancing client services.

Luigi Berini studied at Lausanne University (H.E.C. faculty), graduating with a degree in business administration in 1988. He then worked for 20 years for Philip Morris International, holding various managment positions in accounting, financial auditing and business development in Poland, Italy and Switzerland. In 2009 he joined Aon Hewitt Switzerland as Head of Finance. A year later he was promoted Head of Finance for Central Europe. Luigi Berini has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aon Switzerland Ltd since January 2015.
