About Us

Xianwei is Head of Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions, Asia, and is responsible for designing and developing tailor-made solutions for private equity and corporates across the Asia region. He assists organizations to secure favourable terms and policies, and also manages and maintains relationships with insurers to ensure our clients have access to the best providers.

Xianwei is based in Aon’s Singapore office. He was previously an M&A lawyer specializing in regional and international cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and has also acted for public companies, private companies and private equity clients in a comprehensive range of corporate matters. Xianwei has practiced in Singapore with Clifford Chance and Morgan Lewis Stamford, and practiced in China for four years with Clifford Chance. Prior to joining Aon, Xianwei also served as Senior Vice-President at another market-leading insurance broker for seven years.

Xianwei graduated with his Master of Law (International Business Law) from East China University of Politics and Law in 2006 and obtained his Bachelor of Law (Hons) from University College London in 2005.
 

Blossom is a senior member of the Aon Transaction Solutions team in Asia. Prior to joining Aon, Blossom was an M&A lawyer and practiced in both Singapore and China focusing on regional and international cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Blossom spearheads the Greater China transaction solutions business for Aon, having worked in both Aon Beijing and Aon Shanghai offices before moving back to Aon Singapore.

Adrian is the Head of Aon’s Asia Transaction Solutions practice, leading the 20+ team across Asia to advise on targeted and responsive risk management solutions on M&A transactions, as well as operational risks and risks in a litigious context. Adrian ensures ongoing and sustainable development and expansion of the range of M&A insurance solutions Aon advises on, working with the insurance market on product enhancements and new solutions to respond to the evolving needs of clients in Asia.

Trained as an M&A lawyer, Adrian started his career in private practice, advising private equity and corporate clients on transactions across the region, spanning a broad range of sectors including consumer, healthcare, education and infrastructure. Adrian practiced with Baker & McKenzie and Herbert Smith Freehills before joining the M&A insurance solutions market in January 2019 as Vice President with an insurance broking firm. Since joining Aon in September 2022, Adrian has advised on several landmark W&I policies across Asia and has been at the forefront of discussions with clients and the underwriting community to develop novel and creative M&A risk solutions both in W&I insurance as well as in tax, litigation and contingent risk insurance.

Jamie is a member of Aon’s Asia Transaction Solutions team, focusing on assisting clients across Asia with M&A risk management solutions on both cross border and domestic transactions. With over a decade of experience in the insurance sector specialising in M&A practice, her comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and market trends allow her to fully support our clients to de-risk their transactions.

Dennis heads up the People Transaction Advisory Services team in Asia. With over 27 years’ experience globally, he advises corporates and PE firms on pre- and post-due diligence human capital solutions and insurance issues, and manages complex projects including multi-country and carve out/separation projects. He also advises on pricing negotiations, working with legal and financial advisors on sale and purchase agreements. Prior to Aon, Dennis worked with GE Capital leading acquisitions and strategic investments, and Cigna employee benefits group. He has a BA and International Business MBA.
