Aon is proud to be a ‘Times Top 100 Graduate Employer 2018’. Almost 50% of university students reference this list when applying for graduate roles. The rankings are compiled from the results of on-campus interviews with nearly 20,000 final year students graduating from 30 leading universities, who are asked the open-ended question: “Which employer do you think offers the best opportunities for graduates?”
In September, we welcomed the class of 2018; our 79 graduates joined nine different departments, based in 14 different offices across England, Scotland and Ireland, Guernsey and even one graduate in Malta! They are part of the Aon Onboard programme, a year-long programme providing Aon United experiences, tools and resources, to help them get to know the firm and the industry.
Julie Page, CEO, Aon UK Ltd,: “I’m extremely proud that we’ve been recognised as an employer of choice for so many students. This is a real testament to the quality of our early careers opportunities and the strength of the Aon brand.”
