Jayne has worked in the private and public sector and has held roles in sales & marketing, contract management and senior leadership.

She was Managing Director of a leading UK EAP and wellbeing company for 20 years and is passionate about empowering people to take care of their mental and physical wellbeing.

With over 30 years in management, Jayne is committed to developing the skills and performance of others through high employee engagement and collaborative teams.

She is an executive coach and mentor who believes that everyone has the ability to embrace change and to achieve their potential.

Among other projects, she is currently engaged in leading the commercial development of a social enterprise aimed at better supporting couples in the workplace who are experiencing relationship breakdown.
