About Helen Payne, Strategic Consultant, Aon
Helen has been in the employee benefits industry since 2003 and has been working at Aon for the last 10 years. In her current role as Strategic Consultant, Helen works in partnership with Aon clients to plan, design and communicate their benefit schemes. She conducts employee research and uses benchmarking data and analytical tools to define and deliver benefit strategies that maximise return on investment.
Helen believes that companies that invest in all aspects of employee wellbeing - physical, financial, social and mental, create an emotional connection with employees that cannot be achieved with pay and benefits alone. With her broad market knowledge, Helen helps our clients to consider the whole employee journey, not just benefits in isolation, to create a truly engaging employee experience.
