Aon’s 2024 North America Pay Transparency Readiness Study reflects feedback from more than 600 HR and rewards professionals to understand how they are approaching an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

Aon has conducted this study to assess the readiness of North America-headquartered organizations in addressing local and global pay transparency legislations.

The study covers topics such as:

  3. Only 51% of companies currently have conducted an independent pay equity analysis
