Anne Corona

Anne is Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Clients and Global Chief Commercial Officer for Aon. She also serves as a member of the Aon Executive Committee.

Anne leads the strategic direction of Aon’s Enterprise Client Group and the delivery of integrated Risk Capital and Human Capital solutions to enterprise and large multinational clients across regions. She is also responsible for enhancing the next generation Aon Client Leadership experience across all segments and industries globally to deepen client relationships and drive sustainable growth.

Anne has a keen enterprise mindset and the ability to bring a holistic and integrated view to how Aon delivers more for clients while identifying, onboarding, training and developing opportunities for client-facing talent.

Throughout Anne’s nearly 25-year career at Aon, she has held several senior positions including President of Aon’s Financial Services Group, Chief of Staff for the office of the global CEO and most recently as CEO of Asia Pacific, with responsibility for driving growth and capability across solution lines and partnering with key clients in the region to help them make better decisions to protect and grow their businesses. While at Aon, Anne has worked in the firm’s Singapore, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and London offices.

Anne serves as the chair of Aon’s Global Inclusive Leadership Council (GILC) which leads efforts to advance our inclusion and wellbeing strategy. The council aligns leaders from a broad range of global functions, regions and solution lines to attract, develop and retain top talent to deliver differentiated and distinctive outcomes for clients and advance our long-term success. She also serves on the board of directors of The Walter C. Wattles Fellowship, which provides three highly qualified women graduates from Vanderbilt University with an unparalleled international work experience in the London insurance market each year.
