Jessica Barsema

Jessica currently serves as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO, Greg Case.

Previously, she spent nearly 14 years within Aon's Financial Services Group working in Bermuda, San Francisco and Chicago strategizing, designing and implementing management liability insurance programs for our clients across all industry classes, both private and publicly traded companies. Her experience spanned complex, situational M&A transactions, IPOs and similar liquidity events, restructurings and liquidations - developing meaningful risk transfer outcomes to address them, often collaborating across solution lines to solve greater holistic challenges. 

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona and also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in addition to the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) and General Insurance (AINS) designations. In 2022, she was awarded and recognized as a Power Broker® by Risk & Insurance for the Technology sector.
